John is a follower of Christ, a family man, and a seasoned professional.  With 30+ years experience as general manager, consultant and trainer, he has provided COO leadership for organizations up to 100 employees and $4 million revenue and has also served as executive minister for large evangelical churches.  In addition to administrative gifts, the Lord has blessed John with the ability to see broadly and to make strategic assessments. He has a passion for excellence, is a continuous learner, and has helped many others achieve enhanced professional and personal results.

John graduated from Southern Illinois University (BS Health Care Services) and has continued his education in leadership and organizational development.  John and his wife Theresa live in Roanoke, VA.  They enjoy spending time with their children and their grandchildren.  His life verse is Micah 6:8: "…To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God."
